Frequently asked questions

WE CAN HELP YOU

Swift Emergency & Urgent Care provides Urgent Care, which includes assessment, observation, and treatment for patients that require more than a GP but are considered non-life threatening. We are also introducing a new concept where the clinic is run by Emergency Physicians trained in acute care medicine, who can handle cases from minor injuries to more severe illnesses.

What is Emergency & Urgent Care?

We provide Emergency and Urgent Care Services with specialist support from Orthopaedic, Paediatric, Cardiology and Physiotherapy teams. We also provide onsite Pathology and state of the art Radiology and Dental services.

What services does Swift Emergency & Urgent Care provide?

SWIFT is a walk-in facility where patients can come in without appointment during operating hours.

Do I need an appointment or referral?

We are open from 10:00am to 10:00pm, every day of the week.

What are your operating hours?

Access to our specialist emergency clinic will require a $296 facility fee. Consumables (e.g. splints, crutches, burn dressing) will have an extra cost depending on what aids are required. Onsite pathology and imaging are bulk billed in their respective operating hours. Please see our fee structure for further details.

How much will it cost?

Payments can be made through credit or debit cards.

What are your payment options?

If your illness or injury is critical and life threatening, please call 000.

When should I go to the hospital?

If a patient arrives unwell and requires hospitalisation, our doctors and nurses specialising in Emergency Medicine will work on stabilising the patient. Then, facilitate safe transfer to surrounding hospitals and their corresponding Emergency Departments.

What if I present at Urgent Care but need to go to the hospital?

We are located at G38, 32 Civic Way, Rouse Hill, NSW. For more information, email us at info@swifteuc.com.au.
